Found North is an American whiskey producer placing a focus on Canadian whisky while showing the world their skill in blending. In this whiskey review, Dylan try's Found North's newest release, Hover Hawk 15 Year.
Comprised of 22,23,24 and 27 year old corn and 15 and 18 year old rye components. Finished in Moscatel and New American Oak barrels for an additional four months of aging.
