I've had some encounters with metal that is radioactive in my case just power washing them with a regular water eliminated the radiation it's probably just dirt particles on the coins

I would either keep the coins and not sell them, or I would give the coins to the baboshka near the church. Probably better to give them to the local church, because I couldn't be sure that the coins would go to a good home if I died. Giving them to the baboshka with the church is probably the best way to preserve their future.

Does seem fake. But in their defence silver coins can look like this when dug up. Silver only gets a slight surface tarnish when exposed to air which easily rubs/polishes off. If they have been underground for 400 years then they won't have seen much oxygen...

Sell the coins and then split the money. You have to check their value, and you could try to sell on eBay or some auction for coin collectors. You could clean the radiation off by figuring out which radioactive isotope is the problem, and then figuring out how to remove it without damaging the coins. Some collectors might not care about the radiation, because it makes them more authentic, and the coins could be stored in lead cases.

You could Auction the coins on eBay. You might get more for them that way. First take them and have them appraised to find out their value. They could be rare and the fact they were found in the Chernobyl zone and are slightly radioactive might increase their value. Seems like someone a long time ago scattered the coins for some reason and there may be more in the area. You hit the jackpot. Before you give any money to the church you should investigate who really owns the property. You don’t want to regret later if it turns out to be a cult or strange group of people. Always check and Verify. Don’t just trust strangers, especially with money.
