So many questions on the Tria Laser! Tria sent me their Smooth Beauty Laser to try a couple months ago and I just started using it. It's an FDA cleared at-home laser that promises wrinkle reduction & smoother more radiant skin. The testing will take 8-12 weeks and I will be doing a video on the device in late April or early May.

Oh Angie...I thought this was going to be a bad review and I was feeling I had just the opposite thoughts on it LOL...I've only been using it a few days and am very pleased with it. Of course, we all have different issues with our skin and what works for one may not work for all. I was very happy that it turned out to be better than you originally thought. My main issue with it is the doe foot applicator. I wish it were a pump! But, I'm pleased with the dry down and the coverage and the overall "look" of my very aging skin. I absolutely love this Foundation and use it with Dr Brandt’s pore no more primer , I don’t think it has a smell , I use LN1, I have normal to dry skin , it’s one of my favorites

I'm 28 and a little bit late for my comment..... but I just want to say that the style off your review is to die for !!! I was waiting for someone to come in with a such in depth style !! 5 hours check-in, 8 hours check-in, end of the day check-in, with/without primer/different primer, with/without sunscreen, apply with sponge/fingers/brush/clarisonic, with setting powder/setting spray/without setting power.... THIS IS SO IMPRESSIVE. This is dedicated work right there. I mean, this is what we all do when we test a new product. We have to explore, and to make the product work with our skin type, issues, etc. BRAVO et MERCI !!

Great and awesome detail. I love the multi hour testing, close ups - and the phone test! Brilliant!! What a comprehensive review process you have created for our textured, and occasionally humidity-challenged complexions. I agree with your friends, it looks great to the viewer. I like the heavy glass bottle too. PF is often a really reliable brand. They used to demo in the exhibit hall at the derm convention back in the old days.

Hi Angie! I just picked up the Wet & Wild Cushion foundation and am wearing it for the first time today. Obviously time will tell on how it wears, but OMG, I was loving it after application this morning! I had to set it with just a tiny bit of powder, particularly the T-zone areas and under my eyes (after concealer), but it felt so great going on and I loved how it looked. I am 53, so I have mature skin that is on the dry side. Also, I've been trying out one of the newer foundations from Avon that I like as well (Avon True Color Flawless). The color I bought is almost too light on it's own so I mix in a little bit from a darker Smashbox foundation I had OR I just do more bronzing all over my face to warm it up, but so far, I like it quite a bit too. I've worn it now several times and have been happy with the results. Maybe you could test these two products out sometime??

I tried this foundation for a few weeks, and I was also really on the fence about it. I looked so nice when first applied, but ended up making my skin look shiny and emphasized texture by the end of a work day, so I did return it to Ulta. Thanks for another great review😊

I think this foundation is wonderful. Nobody’s skin is perfect to begin with plus you need to factor in everyone’s different ages, pores, pimples, wrinkles etc etc. Basically no foundation will ever be perfect but I gotta say this foundation looks pretty darn good for what it is. Dear Hotand Flashy, I recommend the Lancôme renergie Foundation, makes me feel like a model, at least the skin 😁. It makes me look younger, do not set into pores or wrinkles and stays for the entire day, I set lightly. I love it, but it looks very natural and sheer. After watching your review, I bought it. Also bought the Spotlight illuminating Primer. Pump the primer onto the back of my hand and then doe foot blob a serving of the foundation then apply the blend of the two. Just glides on/two conservative coats. Not sure if it is the primer that is aiding my success or if it is THAT good. I think i may have chosen too light of a shade so I confess I apply a wee size blob of Laura Mercer Flawless on each check, for a bit of warmth to make this PF shade work. The primer, reminds me of Becca Back light. Is looks glittery but when applied I don't see the glitter just beautiful skin. Now here's the thing...I actually feel as if this makeup lives up to the skin care claims. My skin's radiance is improving. (The use of Angies skin care list is kicking in but my skin looks even more phenomenal, this week than it did last). The primer may be doing some of the work, as it is blurring imperfections and brightening my over all complexion. So much so I haven't reached for any of my high end bottles (excluding my LM as mentioned just for warmth). I barely tore the plastic covering off, I knew I would want to send it back. But this is a keeper! Need to buy another to get my perfect shade. I am moving into this one! No breakouts. My preference is finger application/light LM powder after I am done. 7 to 10 hours is as long as I wore. We are still winter but have gotten to 80. So far still performing. My skin feels supple not masked up. Thanks Angie for the review and the easy link to buy!

Have you tried a chemical treatment for the skin? The one where your skin peels off? That helped my forehead and chin so much! I had a bad experience with acne and proactive treatment. My skin had scares and peach pitted skin. I will say it took 3 treatments to see a huge difference but even just one was amazing results but by the 3rd treatment I was amazed! Even my husband said my goodness look at your skin, you look amazing! He felt bad for me because he had strongly suggested the proactive and we found out I was allergic to the ingredients. Once we were talking and laughing and my cheeks cracked. He was mortified! He thought it hurt. No it didn’t, I realized that this was going to be an ugly process. It was tough for me, already having so much scaring and to deal with my skin peeling but, darling, it was night and day after those treatments!

This is the first foundation review of yours I have watched. I LOVED the phone test! I dont think I have ever had a foundation not get on my phone. Would you compare this to the Rimmel 23 hour foundation (the one with the red lid)? I love the coverage of that one but it is the tackiest foundation I own. Thank you for taking the time to do such in-depth reviews!

I have been absolutely loving this foundation. I apply with IT cosmetics foundation brush LIGHTLY and always set with powder. I don't use primer but always wear our holy grail Australian Gold sunscreen and I have fantastic wear time with very little shine or oil breakthrough. It's just getting hot and humid in NC so we'll see for the summer!

Angie I love this foundation. It along with YSL have knocked Chanel off the throne for me and are equal except in price. I use a primer and set it lightly with powder. I do not use sunscreen under it as it contains a low amount. My skin is normal.

Love the video! I think it’s nice coverage and looks really good on you. I personally like the last powdered test side outside with the photobombing doggie clip(lol) better than the other. It looks like your sweaty to me though I knows it’s luminous finish. I also like slight sheer to medium coverage. I now at 52 have issues for myself with things too shimmery or shiny or luminous though and I don’t want terribly matte or powdery either. Thanks for the testing.

At least it wears off gracefully and easily to touch up to where it does wears off (nose ,chin,T zone area) I'm a yr. shy of 50 with plenty of fine lines and wrinkles and for me I've haven't had this foundation sink in them..

I purchased this last night and I just put it on and it has an extremely strong paint smell, even after an hour I could still smell it I had to take it off.

I really appreciate your thorough reviews. I just checked out your list of foundations in your blog where you list them from best to worst. I noticed you had not tried the Elf foundation and was wondering if you ever try Elf products. I like the Wet N Wild for drugstore but was thinking of trying the Elf foundation. Thanks!
