Would you say this is a good foundation for mature skin Ruth ?

Hi Ruth, I have tried a sample of this, and although it’s a beautiful foundation it shows up pores absolutely terribly. I have tried different ways to apply and fingers seem to be best, but still shows up pores. Do you use a primer with it, the Estée Lauder one I tried with it made it even worse! 😩☹️😩xx

What colour do you use Ruth? I have used this foundation for years and was 010 Beige Porcelaine, all the shade's have been re numbered. x

I used to wear Beige Albatre, goodness knows where that is in comparison with the newer colours 🤔!

When i've checked on the lancome website in Germany down on the page it says which new shade numbering system correspond to the older ones, but i think many shades were left behind, i hope you will find yours. I was today and swatched in store to be sure i get the good one!

Unfortunately it has hyaluronic acid and I’ve recently learnt that it’s actually drying on my skin and it’s in every product but I always wondered why my skin looked worse. My EL DL sheer foundation has it and on application it looks nice but my skin is so dry towards the end of the day especially on my forehead and cheeks. Dr Shereene Idriss has a nice video talking about HA andy why it makes skin dryer. I’ll try a sample of the new TI, but won’t risk purchasing it after bad experiences with DL. It’s a shame that the old formula is gone.

me too,im the only person i know that hy ac dries out my skin and does abs nothing for it,i dont get the hydrated plumping look that everyone else gets,if you find anything that does let me know please,thanks
