3:52 Thank you so much! I have watched so many videos about how to knit round but all of it was doing the English style and I couldn't figure out how to do it in continental style. God bless you, I almost gave up on all hope to learn how to do it.

I love your instructional videos! You have a dark background and light yarn so we can see the stitches and an even pacing of the steps. Finally, you cover much ground so we do not have to go back and correct mistakes like laddering. Thank you!

Hi Susan! I’m so glad to improve my knitwork with your all precious tutorials. I consider myself a beginner, but what a pleasure to have the perfect gusset for the gloves, or how to avoid the holes on the underarm, doing the short rows for the shawl collar or how to correct do the M1L, M1R, and YO and … Kitchener and CO in pattern and so and so. All the mystery has vanished and now what a relief. Thank you for all your work! I’m doing your twisted vine socks and this is my first try for the method of two circular needles (US1 for the gauge of my yarn). usually working with circular one, the beginning of work is a little bit tricky, but with two, easy peasy. I think that it will help me to better work the heel flap. My question was about the marker, where to put it? I choose to put a safety pin on the work to mark the beginning of the row, instead of a ring on the cable. And last, but not least, your explanations allow me to improve my English - when I work my knits I prefer to write in English instead of French, which is more complicate and no abréviations : K2Tog “ deux mailles ensemble à l’envers”😅

"Knitting chart" ? What's a knitting chart? Did Suzanne talk about a knitting chart in this video? I think this comment may have scrolled to the next video on autoplay.

Hi Sheila! I did not talk about a knitting chart in this video, but perhaps my video answered questions in a chart she's been perplexed by. If you are interested, I do have many videos in regards to reading various knitting charts. Here is a beginner's chart reading vid, kzbin.info/www/bejne/nX_QeoxrnNqoa5o

@@SuzanneBryan Thank you for the reference Suzanne, I just watched the video. I guess my exposure to patterns is pretty minimal because I've never seen charting this way. Ingenious! Not only are knitters engineers, they also have created their own language!

Thank you Suzanne!! I am watching one or two of your tutorials each week and maybe someday I will catch up. LOL! In the meantime, I am learning a tremendous amount from you! I am pretty much a self taught knitter and both know and realize that I have many many things to learn about knitting. Your tutorials are worth their weight in gold for the expertise that you give to us knitters. I am doing your ITAG yoke sweater workshop and hope to employ many of these skills into my sweater. Thank you!

Luv how you used a dark background, it makes it so much easier to view everything you’re showing. Those stark white backgrounds are blinding and make it difficult for me to see what’s being done!
