Try grwm cosmetics it’s a filipino makeup brand and they have olive undertone! And has a lot of shade ranges from fair to deep! 💗

​@@itskrystle idk what paphio use, but back then when I dont have any perfect match foundation, I always mix my foundation with the green shade of LA girl HD pro concealer. When I start doing my own makeup (I didnt wear makeup back then, I just do a lot of face painting as part time and hobby), I even use green and khaki shades to mix with my cream foundation. My base always match my skintone but dang I look so busted like my face is so thick lmao.

Definitely try adding color corrector to your foundations, it helps soooo much! but i'd recommend going for a green instead of a blue bc blue pigments tend to be very intense so it's harder to control.

I’m so with you on the Pink Amuse Cushion. I got the shade 3 which was “supposed” to be a match for shade 25 but it was literally lighter than than the shade 23 foundations I had from other brands -,-

@@itskrystle yess it says neutral olive but it's got nearly zero warmth so works very well for cool olive. Also, i personally HATE the puff that comes with it haha so i use a jungsaemmool minipuff; but eyyy the cushion itself it super affordable so i cant complain too much

Lisa Eldridge has a wide range of olive undertone foundation. It is not very assessable in asia, but it worth the ordering. You can order a test card to try out the shades.

so happy to hear that you enjoyed it! 🫶🏻 that is a great idea, i'll add that to my idea list. at the top of my head, some of my personal favourite favourites are red-purple cool tone shades - amuse jel fit tint in seoul girl, kate tokyo lip monster in 107 and etude glow fixing tint in mauvement. they are tonally abit deeper, kinda like light-medium tone. hope this helps!! please look forward to my future videos 🥰

As a fellow olive cool (but medium), have you tried Sahur's Art complexion pen?? I recently got the shade Olive 10 from her pop-up after swatching and it's my best match so far!! Highly recommend stopping by her pop-up to swatch and try :)

Have you tried chinese brands? Judydoll, Joocyee, and Timage have olive toned cushion foundations. I think Joocyee's 2CG would be a good match for you.

I have to agree with you about Clio. The foundation shades are soooo inconsistent in every new line 😭 I use linen and in some lines linen is too bright . I am struggling with finding a foundation. I wonder if Espoir 22 petal would be okay for me? Since I can use Clio linen. 😢

right?? glad to hear i'm not the only one struggling with this 😶 wow girl, uhm i *honestly* am not sure 😅 if i can just generalise it, linen definitely pulls more yellow than espoir's petal. petal is more beige-leaning-pink. i think petal isn't as bright as compared to older linen colour shades. hopes this helps!! 😅🤍

Hey!!! I’m light to medium olive toned southeast asian so here are my recs! For reference, I’m MAC shade NC20, haus labs 120 (but both pull pinky on me 💔), and the about face performer foundation in F2 olive (good undertone match but too light) First is the tirtir red cushion foundation in 21W, it’s a perfect match and I got 23W for the summer. It’s too tan for me rn, but the undertone fits!! Medium-high coverage and ITS SO WATERPROOF AND TRANSFERPROOF!! U should apply w thin layers over good skin prep cuz it can cake easily and cling to dry patches, but the coverage is high enough for me where I rly only need one layer and then spot conceal acne scars w a cream concealer (the judydoll traceless cloud touch concealer palette has a shade in the upper right corner that matches this cushion perfectly, discovered this through experimentation and good luck lol!) I love this pair for longggg busy days I also recommend the Romand Nu Zero cushion in 04 beige 23. Also matches my skin well, a touch lighter and cooler than the tirtir, has a tiny bit less coverage and a lighter feeling, but still evens out the skin tone rly well. Also recommend prepping the skin to avoid it clinging onto dry patches. Not waterproof and transfers easier tho, but good for going out for a few hrs!

Hi I think we have pretty similiar skintone 😁, I'm indonesian. here there's a lot local brands that produces complexion products, I do agree to you that most of them have a strong yellow or orange tints 😅 but I found my match shade

@@itskrystle it's a skin tint from Indonesian brand called somethinc shade N01, so far it's pretty close to my skin. The brand is pretty big here but I'm not sure they're available overseas, but they make like 14 shades (for local brands it's a good job lol)

@@itskrystle honestly they're all great you will benefit a lot from the blue corrector especially with warm foundations. a green corrector is for hiding any redness like acne scars, and the yellow corrector is for any purple spots like dark under eyes

I'm a fellow pale cool olive (non Asian, though) and usually what works best is a light beige or light yellow, as neutral as possible. Anything pink, peach or golden is a disaster. I sympathize with your struggles!

@@itskrystle I have found shades that worked well for me in Nars (Gobi), in Chanel (B10 or B20) and in Makeup For Ever. I have sadly not tried many Korean or Japanese foundations, but I think shade 13 can work when it's not too green.

I subscribe to Alice in the Rabbit Hole skincare on KZbin and she talked about the About Face foundation in this video titled (Favorites & Fails (Shocking, I Know!) | March 2024). I believe the foundation (The Performer) specifically has olive undertones. I liked it, but I guess you'll have to test it to see how the finish works out for you.
