I took it easy for about 1-2 months, and what do you know, suddenly I had severe pain in my left leg. Had trouble walking, sleeping and felt like shit. It was a glimpse into how I was way back when I found the first 10 minute Foundation Training video. I stared with some supine decompressions, and slowly alternated between the two ten minutes videos, and now Im getting back to my "normal" healty self again. This truly is a miracle for me (and so many others), and Im so happy to be able to live a normal life. Thanks!
