the idea is fantastic, i think that you should slightly change it that the winner loses their discs and the goal is to run out of discs first... makes it harder to win and keeps everyone in the game the whole time.

Konnor, as much as we love seeing you improve as a player, our reception and opinion of you are not dependent on your performance as a player. I for one started watching when you were only behind the camera and didn’t throw at all but your commentary and words of encouragement from behind the camera made you part of the bois. Obviously I can’t tell you to let go of your feelings of self doubt when you play bad just know you’re not letting any of us down

I’ve said it in a few videos - it’s when Silas is on the camera it’s super bad. Given that he’s commenting on the results of the shot that we can’t see, he’s not even looking through the camera half the time.

you should play it in reverse, you start with 3 disc and when you win the hole you get to add another one. but if you got the worst score you loose one (cant loose everything, will always keep one disc so you can continue to fight back). most discs at the end of the round wins wins

Do the jacob variant first, then do the following new challenge: best vs worst: the best side always throws 2 discs and keep the best result. And the worst side always throws 2 discs and keep the worst result. Pretty standard. Each side can be played by 1 or 2 players. The twist is the best side starts with an handicap (something like +5~+9?) and has to catch-up to the worst side. Which side would you choose and how much of an handicap would you bet?

A cool variant of this I once played with a friend was starting with just seven discs, loser gives a disc of their choosing to the winner. Last one to have discs wins. With three players of course one has to adjust slightly, for example A got 4, B got three, C got 2 = A gives one disc to C; A got 3, B and C got 2 = A gives both of them one disc; A and B got 3, C got 2 = A and B both give one disc to C and so on

Konner-golf is not a game of perfect. Progress is not linear and sometimes you back track a bit. It will be okay, just remember it's a game and it's supposed to be fun although it can be quite frustrating. Just slap the disc out of hunters hand when he's sitting there spinning it on his finger and you will be okay.

Similar concept but kind of like the card game War, Each player starts with 3 discs, if someone wins a hole outright they steal a disc from each other player if you run out of discs your out if more than one player finishes the 9 holes with discs left winner determined by who has more discs

My league played a game where you could have up to 3 mulligans on every shot, but if you took a mulligan the disc you threw before that you couldn’t use the rest of the round. After 18 holes I had one disc remaining 😂
