Thanks for the wonderful talk. I have a quick question: for India-3, it is mentioned that about 80 million families get an average of 4000 INR of subsidies from National and State governments combined. Is this data somewhere. I did a quick search and was not able to find it. I am guessing it is per year? Thanks again.
