Do you have any issues adding chocolate straight to the kettle? Does it melt and distribute evenly or is it a pain to clean up after?

Thankfully, no major issues but, yes - it isn't fun to clean up afterwards. I wish there was a way to ensure it distributed evenly! Maybe if we pre-melted/liquified it before pitching it into the boil kettle? I really don't know.

@ I’m going to try your recipe. I may pull of a small bit of wort at the beginning of the boil, use it to melt the chocolate in a pan and then throw that right in the fermenter.
