Fountain pen Pilot Custom 823: review

The company with a rich history, Pilot, is perhaps the pen company the most well-known, at least it is surely one of the most.
And what could we say about the famous Custom 823 started in 2000 (the 82d year of the pilot company :-)) : could it be the perfect pen ?
