Nice tutorial.. I was actually looking for fountain animation tutorial from a long time but now i have found it finally... My problem was that.. the particles either go in same direction instead of spreading and when i tried spreading the particles, they were going in different directions instead of colliding with the fountain surface

i am facing problem with the particles collision, whenever i apply it maya starts to hang and the animation doesnt play. do you know a sollution for it? need to solve it urgently for my assignment.

not an expert, but whenever i do simulation in maya, always start with frame 0, not frame 1. this had happened to me before. hope it helps

@@thiezubu my teacher told me about cache playback button which is at the right bottom corner. It helped me alot.
