Wiley, you are so good at these catamaran tour videos. Please keep doing these. The videos of the details of purchase, depreciation, etc. are so helpful for us newbies planning to purchase. I can't say enough positive. Hope to sit down with you when we come down to the BVIs in December and again in February. Will call a few weeks in advance to arrange a sitdown.

I really like the trend towards directing the running rigging to the cockpit for short or 1 handed sailing. Who wants to try to run 20ft and back to tack. Looks like there would even be room here to add a self tacking jib track too... Looks like a really well thought out setup. Thanks for the walkthrough.

Although I really like and appreciate your presentation, I have to say that these new boats are soooo clinical in their appearance. I feel almost like I'm taking a tour of a dentist's office, and this is not specific to this vid, but to any of a new sailboat. That said, please continue to bring us great vids! I do like to see what is on the market.

Sail Before Sunset monohulls seem to rake greater care in ”boat feeling” and use wood. But things can be alternated. I would add more teak to get rid of the plastic feel. Cats are mostly beautiful boats though.

Perhaps it is the dentists offices that are becoming to yacht like? :-)

Hi Wiley which do prefer the Lucia or the new leopard 40 with the semi walk around beds?

What is your opinion on Wharram catamarans?

Love the videos. Am considering chartering a Lucia 40. How realistic is it to put two adults in the forward cabin? He's 6'3" and she's 5'11". I'm thinking it might be tight. Cosy at the least. Thanks!

I really like the Aquila 44, a little bit bigger but it has a totally awesome full beam owner’s cabin.

The Aquila 44 is not a very good sail boat.... in fact it's not even one ;)

Fontaine Pajot appears to make some of the most desirable cats on the market, I was expecting them to be expensive as hell, but they lie pretty close to the 1 mil mark (which isn't cheap but in terms of value it is)

Hey man, love your vids! I've been following for this length/ class in particular. I'm thinking the Nautitech Open 40 for best overall value for $... The the integration of indoor/ outdoor + living/ cockpit seems to work great. What do you think?

the helm of death is a bit of an off-put dont you think.. ? personally prefer the fly.. nautitechs are beautiful though, right..

Hi Wiley, great walkthru, I see the Saona 47 next door, when will your walkthru and comments be available to watch? Also, are you planning any sailing critics on these Fountain boats, nice to get your take on the likes and dislikes?

I honestly think I'd rather have the charter layout. 8 people aboard a 40' like this would be a party
