5:39 How easy is it to get non standard shaped mattresses for a boat like this? Also from a variety of manufacturers so you aren't tied to just one. I always wondered since first seeing a non rectangular shaped mattress on a yauct.

There are companies that specialise in bespoke-sized mattresses, along with bedding.

@@davidodonovan1699 I forget the name of the brand, but the people who make the mattresses for Princess yachts make them so well many customers replace their home mattresses from the same company. So quality can be very high. If you Google "yacht custom mattress" you get loads of companies. The same companies also supply bespoke sizes to the likes of caravans, RVs, custom-made bed-frames (e.g. round, heart, whatever) so it's their full-time manufacturing job and there are a LOT of companies who and good turnovers so yes, prices are competitive.

I love those sliding doors design. But is it dangerous to have a TV next to the cooker? I'm thinking of steam going into the electronics.

It's a yacht, my guess is it's going to be a moisture-resistant version.

@@darthkek1953 A moisture resistant TV? I thought they just use standard TV's? I didn't know that moisture resistant TV's where a thing...also, if you've ever seen the steam from a boiling pot of water, stew, etc, then you know that it would have to be completely waterproof...and that's not even mentioning the heat from the steam on one side of the TV causing condensation on the inside of the TV. Condensation is caused by warm air hitting a cold surface, and the inside of a TV when it's off, would be cold compared to the steam. So unless the circuits themselves are waterproofed...which is technology that actually exists nowadays, I doubt it. A company can put a waterproof layer over circuits, and I think they did it for that model of Samsung phones that kept going on fire. But the fires apparently weren't caused by the waterproofing.

The price difference between this and fly bridge version can't be that much where you take this version. I'd really like you Cptn. Steve, to do a video of the Sunreef 68 Supreme which is the best catamaran designe cuz you can walk straight across from the starboard rail to the port rail. The design isn't compromising the salon or accommodations for the sake of either. I'd like Sunreef to make a 40-45 foot model.

Great price but design wise there's a lot of sharp right angles and not a high level of fit & finish, no inlay work, etc., plain to the point of brutalist.

You want a yacht in this class to be simple and minimalist but also comfortable, somewhere you want to spend time on, this ain’t it. Normally huge fan of fountaine pajot (although their management and build quality could use a little bit of improvement), but this is a clear step down from their other models. Take your money elsewhere

Lots of outside wood...i'm allergic to outside wood. Europeans like that; i don't know why.
