If you have done court registration then you don't need to register the customary marriage. If a person only performs the customary marriage, that person can register the customary marriage. I am not sure there is customary marriage in the court. But yes, you can do customary marriage and later do ordinance marriage.

Yes please. You can go through a customary marriage and even get a certificate without any court processes. And the court can still preside over matters concerning such marriages.

You can register the customary marriage and get a certificate for customary marriage. But you cannot convert the customary marriage to civil marriage (ordinance) without your presence in Ghana.

Yes please You can. It's called marriage by proxy. It is very possible. But that marriage will only be customary marriage, not civil or ordinance
