Brilliant video, I do thing there are other, cheaper options to the MagMod. The Lastolite snoot with grids is an amazing modifier for lighting very small areas like bottle labels. Then with some very cheap modifying with tracing paper, gels and homemade cardboard gobos and a bit of imagination the cheap kits of 6 (I think) modifiers are great value, especially if you buy a couple more holders for £7 the pair. Then you just need the Godox Bowen S mount for speedlights and the job's a good 'un your only constraint is your imagination. The strip light look amazing and I’m seriously considering investing in one. Although the image you got with the Orbis was amazing, simply faultless, I can’t see a ring flash being any use to me for still life photography more than the macro ring flash I already have. Great ending, it’s brilliantly see a pro tog who actually looks like he’s enjoying what he does. Just seen the price and the price of shipping! Why, oh why didn’t I order this prior to Brexit? I only have one strobe they fit.

Amazing Zack, I never use flashes before, I like natural light, but that as well because of the tipe of shooting, but since I want to start doing some portrait, etc.. I'm looking to learn about flash/strobes (artificial light) and your videos are awesome. That being said, in 2018, you still have the same suggestions for light, modifiers, etc.. or it changed, since there's kind a lot new stuff? Thanks a lot for all the great videos, they are great and it's helping me a lot.

Ratherly excellent... maximum gratitudes to Zack (and Caleb). Listen up Earthlings.... if you have not already purchased Zack's 'OneLight 2.0' stuff, then do so immediately, pronto, tout-de suite and right now. It will transform you from the drooling fool you are today, into a suave, debonair master of all things flash. Light will bend to your will, women will swoon, and small, furry, wild-things will be your friend. DO NOT torrent it. Even thinking of doing so will render you the utterest form of toadie and you will forever be spurned as one might spurn a rabid dog. The man has a family to feed. Zack - I will see you in Dubai on March 7th OneLight Seminar and might just tweak your beard with gratitude for all the inspiration you've given me over the last year.
