And at that point builder said he don't have mother deed and without mother deed bank declined the loan... However, today I received an alert with a remark that "THIS CASE DOESNOT PERTAIN TO THE JURISDICTION OF AHMEDABAD CITY, PLEASE FILE CASE TO AHMEDABAD RURAL. My case is approved and I got an email stating "You are requested to submit 1+2 copies of this case to the respected Commission / Forum within 15 days, ignore if submitted. Please Login to more Information" Do I need to physically go and submit the printout of application to office? There is no information about the process after the process get approved. Please help

Ma'am मैंने Asus service centre को मेरे Asus मोबाइल की बैटरी बदलवाने के लिए मोबाइल दिया था। चूंकि मेरा मोबाइल out of warranty था इसलिए मैंने इसकी पेमेंट भी कर दी थी।उन्होंने ऑर्डर पर बैटरी को मंगवाया। जो एक हफ्ते में आई तथा इस एक हफ्ते तक मोबाइल service centre के पास ही था। एक हफ्ते बाद उन्होंने मुझे कॉल करके बताया कि आपके मोबाइल की बैटरी हमने डाल दी है । साथ ही बताया की आपके मोबाइल का ऑडियो जैक खराब है। जबकि मैने जब मोबाइल बैटरी डलवाने के लिए दिया उस वक्त ऑडियो जैक ठीक स्थिति में था । लेकिन उन्होंने अपनी गलती मानने से इंकार कर दिया । मैंने इसकी शिकायत Asus company के customer helpline पर की। लेकिन कोई समाधान नही हुआ। उसके बाद मैने national Consumer Helpline में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई तथा वहां भी मेरा समाधान नहीं हुआ। Ma'am अगर में comsumer court में केस करता हु तो क्या फैसला मेरे हक में आएगा या नहीं मेरे मोबाइल का ऑडियो जैक ठीक था इसका मेरे पास कोई सबूत तो नहीं है इसको मैं कैसे सिद्ध करूंगा। कृपया मार्गदर्शन करे। धन्यवाद।

Thanks mam, maine online furniture 24 oct-20 ko purchase kiya tha purchase se pahle maine sales representative se confirm kiya tha ki yadi aap mujhe diwali se pahle delivery de to mai order book karunga us par unhone mujhe kaha ki yadi aap aaj order book karenge to aap ko diwali se pahle delivery mil jayegi aur maine 55000 ki payment kar di lekin abhi tak mujhe product nahi mila maine kai mail ki aur unse order cancel kar refund ki baat vo mujhe har mail ke reply me nayi date dete hai aur kahte hai aap ka product dispatched ho jayega, kya mai unke against case file kar apana refund le sakta hu
