Thanks. Madam in my case as per e case status it says, examination in chief of the complainant not received by OP.Complainant to serve copy of examination in chief to OP. What does examination in chief mean? and i am the complainant in my case.

Respondents has to reply within 30 days and the consumer court can extent another 15 days. Can the consumer court extent 15 days with out the application of the respondents
