Could never leave a comment on you tube until today. I love your yarns. I made your Into the Bloom cowl with your Daffodil Fields colorway. I love it! I wear it all the time. My favorite cowl. I am going to make another in a mini advent set I have. I love how the cowl tapers out. The fit is perfect. So many cowls are straight and are a bit constricting.

My first time watching you .... I really enjoyed your video!! .... Absolutely love the sleeves on the the jumper that you're wearing ❤❤❤❤❤ I would love to see a very short video of you demonstrating how you held your yarn for the colour work on the sleeves.... I'm a newbie knitter. I guess it's probably very simple for experienced knitters ....... But for me it's like 😮....lol xx ..... Brilliant video love all your yarn. 🧶 🧶 😍

Hi Addy. I don't mind the long episode as I will watch it in two to three sections.. Your sail away sweater is lovely and your cardigan is lovely too. I really love your Christmas yarns. So very festive. The mixed coloured one with the greens, golds and lots of other colours in it is just gorgeous. Wished that postage to Australia wasn't so expensive otherwise I would purchase some more yarns from you. I have ordered some different ones already and can't wait to receive them. Enjoy having new staff members to help you dye and do other things to create and sell your beautiful yarns.

That’s smart to break it up into sections! 😆 I’m so glad you enjoyed this episode, as well as seeing all of the things I’ve been working on lately! I know shipping to Australia is super expensive right now, and we are looking into other ways to hopefully make it more affordable. Although we do have an Australian stockist that offers free shipping after a certain price threshold. Miss Harry’s yarn shop has some of our older colorways, but maybe you could find one there that you love!☺️

I hope you enjoyed this especially long episode! 😅 You’ll have to let me know what is YOUR favorite new colorway or combo from my Christmas collection! I can’t wait to see all the new projects you’ll be casting on with them!

Hi Addy, I waited for a new episode and now I am happy. Your sweater looks so pretty 😍! My favorite colors from the christmas collection are Warm and Toasty and Window Shopping. And of course O Tannenbaum, it is nice to see that this colorway has a german name. And I have to say that the pictures of the yarn on your website are really beautiful too. Lovely greetings 😀

Hey Stephanie! As always, I’m so glad you enjoyed this video!!! And I thought you might like O’Tannenbaum. 😉 It’s such a pretty name for an incredibly multidimensional colorway! I had way too much fun taking all of the inspo shots for this collection, so I’m glad it shines through.

I can’t wait for my order to come home. I ordered party dress, winter wonderland and warm and toasty . THEY ARE SOOOOOOOO PRETTY 🤩 would you recommend to alternate skeins for sweaters ?
@RubyAndRosesPodcast Жыл бұрын
Ohh that’s so exciting! I can’t wait to see the sweaters you make with them! I always alternate skeins because I’m a bit of a perfectionist with how the speckles lay out. 😂 For instance, on my Sail Away sweater, I alternated skeins the entire time - even on the sleeves for a extremely uniform look with color placement. Although if occasional pooling isn’t something that will keep you from loving the finished object, you definitely don’t have to.

I couldn't find an email to ask. But do you have the 'sail away' in a fingering yarn?

I really enjoyed your podcast and subscribed because you talk normally and interesting to watch and hear. SOOOOO many podcasters talk in questions, I don't know how to explain except every sentence they end in a question and it's annoying and they may have good content but talking in questions really grates on my nerves. I never subscribe to them. I will be watching more of you. Very good content.
