Bless people who can do this LOL I just cannot get stuff on my hands. I’ve tried gloves but it just doesn’t work. My Granny would roll her eyes at me and laugh. She made bread at breakfast(biscuits), lunch(cornbread), and supper(cornbread). On the weekends she would bake loaves of yeast bread. My granny NEVER measured any ingredients. She just grabbed the ingredients, threw them in and magically made greatness. I loved her cold bread pudding from her biscuits. Alas, I couldn’t get the recipe because she didn’t “know” it. Pinches, dashes and half a handful lol. I think your bread (and everything I’ve seen you make) looks so delicious! I’ve done some of your recipes and they came out well(was very proud of myself) I’m jealous of Raymond getting it straight from the source! If I ever get up there, I would love to hire you to make me something! Adore your channel and recipes. And bucket list of visiting and meeting you and Raymond! I just won’t travel until this blasted virus calms down. I’ve become a recluse, sadly.

Thank you so much for your message and for stopping by, I love duck eggs and I haven't had any in about 30 years. You can use them in this recipe or in your baking they are amazing. Those are really lovely! I only have a cupcake muffin tin. So I can make them with 3. Do you think I could make them in a 9x13 baking dish? Just rolling the balls and outing them all touching? I might try this. Then you could pull 2,4,6 balls for what size you want. I don't mind that they aren't individual rolls because I could eat the whole pan. You make the best bread! I just made your whole wheat bread but shaped them into foot long sub rolls. It is just 2 of us and I mad an eye of round roast to make roast beef subs for my husband and the bread holds up to the meat and sauteed peppers and onions. My husband loves it (you'd bread!) It also freezes so well. I make the white for myself and I have a long loaf pan I love and I freeze1/2 as soon as I make it. DELICIOUS IS BONITAS BREADS!
@bonitaskitchen3 жыл бұрын
Oh my that is so wonderful and thank you for letting us know. I'm glad you and your husband enjoys our bread recipes.Freezing them while they are fresh is the best and each time you take them out they will be lovely. Is't a cupcake pan and muffin pan the same thing, because thats what you need. The only thing about making them in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan they would all stick together, the method is for the four leaf clovers to be individual clovers. Let me know what you did, and thank you for stopping by. :) Bonita

How do you suggest rewarming the buns?
@BrazenSpirituality3 жыл бұрын
My 2 cents: If fresh, put into any pan or on a tray, loosely cover with foil and put into the oven, set to 300°F and check in 8 minutes if room temp maybe a tad less or more (every oven and starting temp of the buns is different). If older dryer bread or buns, moisten the outside with water, if an old dried out rock hard loaf wet it well under the faucet for 10 seconds do not be afraid, then wrap tightly with foil, and let bake about 15-20 minutes, in 300°F oven. Magically the bread is rehydrated hot and perfect, but old rehydrated bread will not keep like fresh bread, eat it immediately. 😄
@kabbystevens51673 жыл бұрын
@@BrazenSpirituality thank you
@bonitaskitchen3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for your question? If you are only warming a couple you can rewarm them for 20 seconds in the microwave or if you are rewarming more wrapped them in foil wrap, like a little pouch twisting the foil to keep the heat inside the foil, with the temp on warm or up to 300ºf for 8 to 10 minutes like Brazen just wrote. Enjoy to the fullest :) Bonita

I have been a fan for a long while, and I can not wait to try these! ⏳🍀🍞 I am used to learning a bit about the ways and traditions of food in Labrodor when I watch your videos. Some traditions are intriguing and some are off putting. But why do you gesture a cross over the dough? 🤔 Clearly it has no functional purpose, and you do not cross your other dished... But you say "of course" like you always do so when you cook. Just curious.

Hi and thank you for your message and question? Here in Newfoundland and Labrador we where told by our grandparents that the sign of a cross blesses your dough and helps it rise. Its again an optional thing for people to do but I'm have been doing that for over 40 years and now I don't even realize i'm doing it. I hope this answers your question and thank you once again for stopping by. Enjoy our NEW recipe today. Stay safe :) Bonita
