Done deal! Check the last video I posted. And to top it off, it’s a 6-minute walk to Shibuya Station. Just an incredible location in a very quiet, modern building.

Not for that amount. Sorry. Landlords are taking advantage. Paying WAY more for a small space. Just as bad here in the US. They want top dollar for decaying apartment and houses. No updates, nothing. There should be regulations that they should abide by. If you remodel, then you can raise the rent to an affordable amount. If not, you should only be able to collect a "minimum". Have you ever checked out rentals and thought "Oh HELL NAW"? I have. What do ya'll think?

Totally agree about some US-based properties. I've worked in the multifamily sector for more than a decade. Prices are too high for the value delivery. As for the property in this video, this is a short-term rental. So, as you are not signing an annual lease, the monthly rate would be higher - like an Airbnb. Check out some of my TikTok live streams I do almost daily. Last night we saw apartments as low as $300/mo! I'd say the typical apartment averages roughly $600/mo. Pretty good value.

A little spendy, for sure. Check the last apartment tour I posted yesterday and let me know what you think of that one. Just a 6-minute walk to the Shibuya Crossing!

😂🤣So glad you enjoyed it! I should have even more Tokyo apartment tours this coming week. One as low as $600/mo, and also a short-term rental. Makes it a fantastic option versus a hotel, as you get a kitchen, a washing machine, and a residential building -- so no tourists in the lobby. 🙂 Thank you much for watching. I really appreciate you being here.

Oh yes, I prefer an apartment above an hotelroom.
