Our pleasure. I never thought about it, but it could possibly help. Auto gain will give the best fit curve for each profile. Unfortunately salty soils will be difficult to get any good data from .

Hi, thanks so much for watching! I like them both. It depends on your preference for user interface, cost, and what you are looking for. The opera duo has two frequencies and the 700 mhz is great at finding small objects withing the top 6 feet or so. But the utility scan is also a great antenna that is very portable. It really comes down to the variables i mentioned. Good luck!!
