Four people killed in a fire incident at Toi market

4 people were burned beyond recognition in a fire that razed Nairobi’s Toi Market in Kibera early Saturday morning. A Toi market leader said at least 800 million shillings worth of goods had been lost and 1,500 traders had lost their businesses.
According to witnesses the deceased were traders who were trying to salvage their goods when they were consumed by the dawn inferno.
