Search impressions < FP page impressions < Click < Booking I'd be interested to see is any of these amenities actually affected bookings before I plunk down the expense and maintenance of a crib on the property. Finding a musty crib is a very efficient shortcut to 4 star review city. Not to mention scheduling inspection for the crib to make sure it remains safe to use after each booking. Before I commit to this I'd want to see evidence that it actually gets me booked.

This is a great video Jeff! I wanted to ask a clarification if the "crib" impression improvement is specific to the "crib" or if it also applied to the "pack N play" amenity.

Yes! We talked to our Airbnb account manager and they said pack n plays count as cribs AS LONG AS you say it's a pack n play (clarify) in the description.

I'm only seeing "dedicated workspace" as an option. Where do you see "laptop friendly" in the list of amenities?

That's a great point of clarification! Yes, you cannot filter by laptop friendly, however, its a setting that airbnb uses to determine if your location can be under "dedicated workspace". Thank you for catching that!
