Details are listed below. This video shows four areas of then and now photos of interurban and suburban lines in Indiana, as well as a look at the general area where the photos were taken. The historic photos and the modern photos are taken in approximately the same location. The interurbans, suburbans, and street railways made up a system of rails in Indiana back in the day, in which people traveled all around the state. This was prior to buses and most vehicles. Most of this system was phased out in the 1930s and 1940s.
