Hi Brandy, Thats awesome. What a big milestone you are approaching. I would recommend focusing on your test since its so close. Additionally, you will want to have your new license active before obtaining malpractice and all that.

You don't need one, but you can get one if you want to use a different name

@@matthewryanLCSW I forgot to add, do you see clients in multiple states or just NY? if so do you keep a universal consent form? I am licensed in three states and recently opened my LCC- sole provider. I am currently working on documentation

@@DivineEsme I would always have my documentation and intake packet reviewed by an attorney. They would be the best to advise on how to make sure the wording is correct for the states you are providing services in
