honestly this book is just SUCH a fun time, to me it was really cinematic and i could get past some of the things that made me cringe a bit. xaden is my absolute fav, i'm so so glad you liked it!!

I'm so glad you enjoyed this book!! unfortunately, I didn't...like at all. For me none of it made sense, not because it was complicated or anything, but because it literally made no sense, there was no sense to be found and the world building was very shallow and what we were given also didn't make sense. I won't list out all this issues I had with this book or all the reasons why I didn't enjoy it, I feel like plenty of people have already said it all and put it all over KZbin. But yeah, this book wasn't for me, and I found myself thinking is it just a me thing? (I read it shortly after it came out), because there is so much hype and people loving it, and I felt very disappointed and left out. But I'm so glad you loved it and was totally excited and enthralled throughout, watching videos like this make me feel like I'm no longer left out and I'm part of the group because although I'm not excited about the book I'm excited watching you be all excited and that makes my FOMO less intense for some reason.

Dying to get my hands on this! I am just in love with dragons ... and have actually been in my dragon phase in reading this year. I am eating up The Priory and the Orange Tree by Samantha Shannon and re-reading Scale by L.R. Friedman ... my BFF book buddy said I would love Fourth Wing, so I am patiently waiting on my copy. 😍

This book is perfection. I don't care what they say.. It is amazing. I love every single minute i spend reading it. I love Violet. I love Xaden. I love every dragon. I love it. Period.

I finished the Fourth Wing audiobook 12 days ago and I’m already tempted to reread it. The same day I finished the book I knew I wanted a physical copy so I bought the paperback and I have already preordered the next one. This book was absolutely stunning and if I know myself I will have reread it before June is over

I started this book yesterday and just finished it.. it's currently 4am and I have to get up at 7am for work HAHA. But honestly the Dain rant is so valid. The only time I liked him was when we were first introduced to him but after that it kept getting progressively bad and I hated him by the end of the book. While I liked the romance, I just wish it had been more of a slow burn with a lot more inner conflict between them. Like I really wanted them to deny and internally fight the attraction they had for each other until the very end beause that's just how I prefer it but I still liked it. I kind of saw the ending with a certain character being alive coming too when they were talking about taking her to "him" to heal her from the poison but until the end I was like there's no way 😭

Omg I love that you read it all in one go 😂 I hope your work day isn’t too rough though oh my goodness. Dain sucks so much. I wish it wasn’t as heavy handed like the whole time it was so obvious he was going to be a rat boy and do something annoying. The romance definitely came to a head all at once but honestly after we found out about their dragons I was like okay.. let’s just accept that this is it and get into it and that’s what happened so I wasn’t mad 😂 I definitely didn’t see that final twist with the last line. That’s some big brain intuition on your part!
