Just finished listening to this - unfortunately it gripped me so much I didn't get anything else done yesterday! It's the first of your books I've listened to/read but I doubt if it will be the last. I'm an old fashioned guy and much prefer having a 'proper' paper book in my hands (I find it much easier to be 'transported' into whatever world the book is set in when I have a physical book) so I think I'll be looking for paper copies of the rest of this series. I think your idea of releasing free versions of your series is a good one as it will give those that have not sampled your work before to see it is something they would enjoy before splashing out on them. Of course you will want to wait a bit so you can get the initial sales before issuing the free copies. I'm off to play catchup on all my missed jobs from yesterday before seeing where I can find some paper copies in the UK. Take care, stay safe and may your pen never run dry!

When I first got an iPod and downloaded Free books around 2009 or 10 one of my first books was Ice Cracker II…. I was hooked over the years I downloaded free books but when I’ve had money I’ve also bought a few too. Her books are good reading though the first ones were short stories leaving me craving for more. Emperors Edge would be a good one to read they are all good actually the ones I’ve read

Your narrator is perfect for your books she brings all your books to life for me I listen to them while I am at work and I get lost in them so much all the clients and my boss and coworkers have made it their most fun thing to do is scare me knowing I wouldn't hear them coming because I was inside one of your books again. I so wish the books about lady monster hunter and her hysterical dragon husband I loved that series more than any other series I've read keep up the good work

Lindsay. I’m not well read. Frankly, not much of a reader at all. I’m Dyslexic. I work light construction. I work by myself. Not a fan of modern music. So, I have been listening to you for almost a year. I’m a big fan. I like the strong female characters you write. If you judge a book by its cover, I’m not the type of guy who likes books like this. What a splendid read! Great storyline. I love how the author does justice to the title "Mind Over Magic" within the storyline, and that it's not just a play on words for the sake of it. Indeed, the first half of the story is slow paced. Spends time building up the overall background of the story and characters. But the second half is where the real fun and action begins. Some may be put off by the "humour" of the main character, while others may enjoy it. I personally didn't mind it and did chuckle here and there. It's a good story that makes you want to read the next book. Thoroughly enjoyed this journey and want to thank the author for making this book available to us here.

Absolutely brilliant book. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I love story line, the sense of humour and I also love the fact that the character like me is a vegetarian and has an adorable dog. :) An interesting contrast to the diet of the Werewolf. I would love to see a follow up book, continuing this story. Thank you to the wonderful author and to the brilliant narrator.
