I have an idea on how to pronounce Nigh-omnipresence: for the “nigh” part, pronounce the “i” like the “y” in “sky” and pronounce the “n” regularly, and “gh” is silent. I think Four honestly has infinite powers, considering that beings that have Ultipotence (limitless power), can do literally anything. However, it is usually seen that Four does not have limitless power, but it is possible that he does not use all of it. New ones pop up here and there, so he technically does.
