The shops close too early here even in the festive season. That big part in the center at 11:50 sometimes has a coffee expo or other type of expo or market but it's wasted space. There should've been some restaurants around that big circle with trees in the middle. Restaurants like Kream, Casa Bella, Nikoz, Fireroom etc should've been there instead of stores. And because it closes so early, it's dead after 6.
