Generally it’s worrying how culturally embedded alcohol consumption is globally. You will only notice it when you completely stop drinking, even at events ( birthdays weedings etc), and people look weird at you , and push you to drink with them. Hope next generation gets rid of alcohol and cigarettes ( got rid of both in the last 12 months).

I don't think alcohol is necessarily as bad as people make it out to be as long as you don't overdo it. Even athletes can have some its fine. What a pint of beer would do after a hard day of training for example? Not much bad.

Was not a fan of Volkanovski at first and that wasn't because of his personality, it was because he was facing one of my favourite fighters in Max Holloway. Volk won me over in that trilogy and I've stuck by his side ever since. He has absolutely paid his dues in this game and he has earned the nickname 'The Great'. Also happy to see his hanging with Tom Brady, doing funny ads and getting some spot light, you truly deserve it. Best of luck this weekend legend, I'll buy the ppv so you get some dosh

When Volkanovski speaks about winning over Topouria, he really seems come, still, well-put-together. It's not like he's a cocky person, trying to convince anyone about anything he's saying. The man has a well integrated mind, heart and spirit.
