I worked for a guy and he cut out a shop totally. We basically kept our trucks stocked by going to the warehouse ourselves ie. Carrier, Gateway or Heill. The duct work was subbed out. He turned and made alot of money as well. Was wondering, what do you do just have a supply guy go to the supply house and keep stuff stocked up?
