We can hear the words ON C-SPAN in the freaking US Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit though! lol

As a side note: Judge Pooler is great, she lives in my county and was a state Judge years ago. She ruled in favor of Fox but was reversed by SCOTUS :/

If you go on a live tv program you should have to sign a contract agreeing not to say said words and if violated the tv company will be forced the sue or face charges.
