Well life here is going to get busy as we have accepted an offer on the house and we need to seek out our next home. We also need to clear out numerous car loads to the skip and charity shops before we can start packing the house up. We still haven't settled on an area for our move so we will be out and about all over North Yorkshire , West Cumbria and coastal Teeside. This move will be our final move so we want to be by the coast. My quick diamond painting last week was a phoenix, a colourful painting with a black background, yes 310! so did a bit of multi placing but the colourful part was done one drill at a time. All done looks great well done. x

Omg. I love the painting!! Today, Monday May 20, is my dogs 13th birthday! Happy Birthday Ace! Lol. My diamond Paiting is coming along nicely, all be it slowly. I started my TMS (Transcranial magnetic stimulation) treatment for depression today. It's a procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of major depression. It helped me so much a year ago so I'm so hopeful it will help again this time. We went out of town to visit my in-laws this weekend and came home covered in mosquito bites. That's the only downside to where they live along a river. You get the view of a lot of nature and wildlife, but tons of mosquitoes too. Thank you again for another wonderful Waffle. Your videos help me get through even my bad physical and/or mental days. You do so much for all of us Zesties!

Hi, Rebecca! I watch/listen when I have time and sometimes your longer waffles entertain me for 2-3 days in small segments. I prefer to peel only one cover paper at a time mostly because I like doing neat sections and unfinished parts would bother me a lot. Another reason less chance resting my wrist in the glue. I hate resting my hand and tray on diamonds so instead prefer to put it on cover papers (I diamond paint from top to bottom) and accidentally have forgotten that the glue is uncovered before. Good reason to peel another section and keep painting when getting to a really exciting plot point in the audio book which is too good a place to stop 😄.

Oh, you are becoming a multi placing pro! I’m a heavy placer and using regular putty seems to get my diamonds stuck to the putty which ticks me off. Therefore, I use the goop I came up with. I’m just glad you are liking the 4-placer, regardless of what putty you enjoy! 😉

Exactly like DankPods putting a clip of his snake Frank at the end of his videos! Honestly, it’s one of the cutest parts, and only really adds about 15-ish seconds to the ending of the video.

Hi Rebecca hope you are well. I really enjoy your wip and waffles. I love dogs! I have a Rottweiler named Tessie. She is only a year old but is an absolute joy. She doesn’t bark much but we trained her that when she does bark and we say ‘enough’ she immediately stops. I can’t wait for June waffle. I think I will work on Foxy lady from DAC but have not kitted it up yet so it might change.

Hi Rebecca and Zesties! As soon as you started talking about Mississippi, I knew you were going to comment on your prounounciation of Massachusetts (Mass-a-chu-sets) and started laughing before you mentioned it. I love diamond painting with you. Even when I am done listening to your current video, but I still have some diamonds to put down, I go and watch the older videos from before I started watching you. Also, the posties had their Wheaties as they delivered my launch items in 5 days after you shipped them to me. I think sometimes it depends on how long customs decides to hold onto the items. However, I haver also noticed that sometimes, the delay is the town they are delivered to just before being delivered to my post office. Maybe USPS has finally started listening to those of us that are complaining!

Hello Rebecca! I love the dual color tray you’ve been using. Do you have plans to continue offering additional color combinations of dual color trays? I’d love to have a set of them, but don’t think I’d be crazy about the black and white. Looking forward to getting my first pack of papers, sitting in my ‘cart’ on the site, while I continue to shop LOL

Generally, we prefer to have larger dogs so they aren’t as yippy as small dogs. But, there’s been two exceptions within that preference: Georgia and Honey. Georgia was a Jack Russel Terrier and Pomeranian mix, which meant he ran like the energizer bunny 24/7. No matter how many holes we covered, he still got out to the point the neighbors knew he was our dog and he’d come back (we called him Houdini). Also, he could jump halfway up a 6ft tall door on a single jump. He barked to bark, he barked at air, he barked when he was bored, he barked when he saw a squirrel…. We got used to his yips. Our yellow lab, Buddy, loved him (and could jump the fence when he wanted to). Then, there’s Honey. Long story short, we ended up finding her in a Target (it’s a store that sells clothes, food, toys, etc.; a bit of everything) cart, abandoned in a bag. She had no identification and the Target was closing so we were allowed to take her home as our own, since she wasn’t chipped or didn’t have a tag. The lady found us and claimed she “forgot” her dog in a rush to the airport. We didn’t give Honey back. Anyways, she was a shihtzu and we didn’t know she could bark for an entire week; we thought she couldn’t at all. She very rarely barked, only really barked at men and at one of our female friends. Even then, it wasn’t loud at all.

Hi Rebecca! Back to working on Cosmic Trip as I watch this - it’s a good change of pace from a lot of rounds lately (again; I’ll likely change back and forth a lot before it’s completed). In other news, life has been… a bit disappointing as I’ve been struggling to find the motivation to do my schoolwork, and now I’m just paying $23.99 a month for a thing I barely touch. There is science and math left, both which are subjects that are difficult to me, so it’s really demotivating and I’m finding it easier to avoid it than to attempt. Is there any tips for helping when motivation is low? I’ve been trying to get my GED since 2019, and having two tests completed and passed is huge, but I don’t want to stop there. Not that I know what I’m doing after, as a few other types of schooling have sparked my interest and I’m trying to decide what’s right, so that’s partially why I’m struggling. But still, I definitely need to be better about it.

Massachusetts is really hard to say, honestly. There’s the not safe for work ways to say it, which I won’t comment in favor of this remaining family friendly of a channel, but the easiest way to remember how to say Massachusetts is “mass-ah-chew-shets.” Or mass-ah chews shets. There’s a lot of states and counties (think akin to providencies in the UK - they’re part of a main state, but their own little place) that are dang near impossible to pronounce.
