ALL American states are so beautiful in their own way. I live in Kentucky, with beautiful rolling hills and mountains to the south. Also Appalachia heritage, Loretta Lynn was born here. Much beauty and things to see such as Mammoth Cave, the largest cave system in the word. But this roller coaster in AZ makes me want to come right out there and try it! is it still working? I think they have t hat also in the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee . AZ I have never been too but I sure wish I can see it one day. 3 states I want to visit. Arizona, Wyoming and Colorado.

@ThinkerOnTheBus2 жыл бұрын
Smart carts are really cool? I don't think it's particularly cool to have the ride automatically slow a rider down because the rider in front of them is descending at a significantly slower rate. That was basically my main complaint about other alpine coasters I've seen footage of on this platform. Often, the person recording the video would need to reduce their speed quite a bit because they would catch up to the rider in front of them who is riding the brakes practically the entire way down the track. I would request that they provide adequate spacing between me and the rider in front of me because I want to go full bore the entire length down. Granted, I don't want my manner of enjoying the ride to interfere with anybody else's enjoyment. However, I don't want somebody else's manner of enjoyment of this ride to interfere with my enjoyment either . . . and logic would dictate that the type of rider who would have their enjoyment reduced the most by other riders are the ones who enjoy going top speed. So, how is it fair that both slow and fast riders have to pay the same ticket price, and yet the slow riders are allowed to go whatever speed they desire, even if it detracts from other riders' enjoyment, yet the fast riders just have to tolerate it when other (slow) riders lessen their enjoyment from the ride??? Now, there are "smart carts" that ensure the faster riders get screwed more by making sure that once they hit that eighty feet separation limit, brakes are automatically employed!!! No, that is NOT cool! Let me guess, you set the riders off from the start with a distance of ninety feet between them? These rides look like they could potentially be a lot of fun . . . that is until you, blaring down the side of the mountain at 25 mph catch up to little Timmy, and his grandmother with the cruise control set to 7 mph. Some type of system must be designed to allow riders of all speeds to derive their maximum enjoyment from these alpine coasters.
