To me, THE CRAZIEST part of it all is that not one LE Agency reacted timely or appropriately, including the FBI. And Chandler PD definitely has blood on their hands. Ultimately, there were 3 dead bodies, 2 missing children, and 2 separate attempted murders (separate victims) in less than 6 months and nobody blinked an eye?!?!!? Incredible for 2019. When Tammy was murdered (supposedly died in her sleep 🙄), the Rexburg police department was just at Chad and Tammy’s house only 9 days prior to investigate a masked gunman attempting to shoot Tammy in her driveway. The gun jammed and Tammy did describe it as a paintball gun. But Then 9 days later this same 49yo is dead in her bed - and these keystone cops didn’t even think that there may be something to consider other than natural causes????? There r sooo many instances like this with this case.

@@lovepet4565 It’s probably too late to sue Chandler PD. Charles’ adult sons are the ONLY ones who could’ve sued, and I’m guessing the statute of limitations for a wrongful death case has passed. The deadline was probably only 1 or 2 years from the date of incident. It’s different state by state. I’m pretty sure they were fully advised by someone, but u have to remember Charles told Kay to give his 2 oldest sons their fair share of the $1M insurance policy, which she did. So I understand to a degree why they didn’t sue. Bc it’s very emotionally difficult to go through, plus an out of state action is another difficult aspect. But on the other hand, we all want to see CPD disciplined for their egregious behavior.

That's why Lori told Zulema don't worry about money Melanie will have more than enough for us. Yes, she could be charged if they could prove it, but they can't. Lori won't speak and Alex is dead. Who else knew that this was going to happen? Chad? If he admitted he heard about it, he'd be exposing himself to more charges. Melani really would've done anything they told her, she'd probably have killed herself or her own kids if they had told her to. She believed them totally. Like the other cult members of David Koresh, Wako Texas remember those people poisoned their own kids first and then themselves all on the instruction of their leader. Without hesitation. Sheep. And chandler police need to be punished for being asleep on the job for not holding Alex responsible for Charles murder. He had done jail time for attacking another of loris husbands. Surely even if they had googled him they could have found out about that. All these people would be alive now! That detective was very nonchalant saying oh the police didnt pick this up or that up. They were criminally negligent. I hope it comes out in Charles murder case.

Mélanie is the person who would be able to get access to the money. She was the piece of the plan that knew the address and would be able to make insurance claims happen. The attempt on Brandon’s life benefited no one without Melanie’s cooperation.

@@KATIELAUGHTON No. Melani Palowski did NOT get immunity. Everyone just assumes these immunity deals. ONLY Zulema Pastenes got a “use immunity” deal. It was a limited immunity. NO ONE ELSE got immunity for Lori’s trial. It may be a different story for the upcoming AZ case. But Melaniece violated her subpoena to testify by discussing the case with Ian, and the defense objected to her testimony bc of that. The state is the one who subpoenaed her as a witness and could have forced her to testify, but with the defense objecting to her testimony due to her violating the rules, the State decided to not have her testify bc ultimately it could’ve helped Lori on appeal - and i guess they felt her testimony wasn’t worth it since they were confident with proving their case without her testimony. And they were right, thankfully!! 😅

Melani’s kids were so close to death. Thank all that is good that she didnt get to them or we would have seen 7 children dead instead of 2. Hearing she was throwing all of the kids stuff away was chilling. Plus they were “rated dark”. Look up the bodycam footage of her trespassing arrest. She was trying to get them from their grandparents late at night, they called to cops on her. Cops find her there lurking outside the garage and ALEX waiting in the truck for her. If she got them that night the kids were going to load up in that truck w/ their crazy mom and serial killer uncle and probably never be seen alive again. She roams free to this day.

What I'm relieved for is during Melanie (polowski) trip to Brandon's parents house when she was arrested for trespassing those police did their job bc if they in fact gave rose 4 children to that nutty lady and her crazy uncle God only knows what would've happened to them. This whole case is almost the most bizarre and most horrifying cases I've heard and to kill innocent people and children in the manor that these were killed is terrifying. What baffles me is Charles got shot on July 11th and the children were still alive. Lori was allowed to leave the scene. Her husband just got two bullets in him and lay dead one the floor. Lori gets to leave the crime scene with the children in tow. Come back and the camera shows her laughing. They had a pool party that night. Lori and Alex never got arrested. Why weren't the children taken away that day by CPS. It should have stopped right their. What has this world come to?
