This is why we are supposed to wear life vests so you can bail out of boat or innertube when things get dangerous and float back to shore im 40 years old and would wear mine even if everyone else wont and helmets are cool for situations like innertubing driver is probably going to jail sucks but shouldn't be wreakless you can still have fun and not be a butthead

There was a lack of common sense on the part of both the boat driver and the young woman. There was danger involved and people need to think ahead of what may or may not happen with the actions that are taking. Was alcohol involved ??? Was she wearing a life jacket ???

On that Saturday while riding my bicycle on the Esplanade side I'm not sure if it was the same white boat that I saw pulling a large inflated inner tube with two people on it going towards the Steel Bridge.. It could of been the same boat or a different boat pulling a tube..
