Zion Foster disappeared when she left her Eastpointe home in 2022 to smoke marijuana with her cousin. Her cousin admits he was with her when she died -- but her body was never found. He said he did dump her body in a dumpster -- but that he didn't kill her. He's now on trial for her murder.

Can someone explain this trial to me? First, the guy confesses that he dumped her body because she was not breathing. " she looked dead to me" were his words. The body,probably compacted, was never found..... Why wasn't he charged with murder the first time? Why is he being charged now? Zion deserves justice!!!! Teen girls.....please make better decisions about who you choose as friends.

I believe they said he wasn’t being charged with murder the first time, because they couldn’t find her body and could only go by his word that she died on the couch or wherever (supposedly from smoking). I think they felt they needed more. Why charge him with it now? I don’t know, they must have some substantial evidence.
