I think it was the brother that did it. He was too quick to throw hiscsibking under the bus. His DNA would be the same. Why dudnt they pull up her phone records? If he put her body in a dumpster they would have found it. They dont show you the replies from the guy accused on that text msg..he could have replied WHAT ARE YOUBTALKING ABOUT. i've hung around criminals long enough to know that what his brother did..sending those messages..is exactly what you do to have someone else framed for something. He was just bignoting himself in jail saying he did it..everyone does that. Without her phonecrecords I one hundred percent believe they've got the wrong guy. If that tape is all they've got...they've got it wrong. He dudnt provide enough detail and with no body found where it should have been..hecwas lying on the tape.

My first question is how does a 16-year old just walk out of school at 11am without anyone really knowing? The other thing I noticed is that when he was talking to the police outside the house he used the past tense. He said “she knew who the father WAS and she ain’t saying” and then “yeah, she knows who the father of her child WAS”. Both times he used the past tense. It’s always a red flag when people use the past tense when describing someone who is missing.

This. So one time my son had wandered off when he was being watched by his own dad...I had run to the store. When we realize he had just walked away (we were at a playground), I literally lost it. I called 911 right away. I was hysterical...his dad was just acting aloof. Obviously I'm not completely blaming him since the kids were playing, and we think he walked over to my car when I got back. But when you think you're missing a child or something like that bad is happening, the way people react says it all. I was hysterical and it was only a few minutes!! His dad was another story, he was acting aloof bc it might be HIS fault. And I always think of that when you see the Chris Watts type cases on KZbin where the people are acting like they don't know where their own kid is but also they're not bothered 🙄 HELLO?! Once that happens to you you're going to freak tf out.

When he said "I had nothing to do with what happened to her" The police should have asked "So you are certain that something has happened to her? How do you know?" Perhaps.

All the adults on that family are waste of air. That poor child deserved so much better. The brother is an exception, I wish he could’ve prevented it.😔

What’s so chilling to me is that everyone said how anxious and unsettled he was before the death but how peaceful he was after the death and how well he slept. The fact that she meant so little to him that after he killed her he was actually able to sleep better? He actually felt peace knowing he had killed this child? My goodness.

Exactly. I am trying to figure out how she was having relations with an adult neighbor. I feel like once the uncle knew that she was sexually active. He felt more confident. sad he prayed on a family member, but girls are not protected in families, which is why you should always watch them and keep an eye on them and they definitely should not be allowed to roam the streets like they’re grown women.

@@selfmaderish4690 I think children (both genders) are not protected by sickos in the family because the family care too much bout their image instead of calling out the bs. The aunt knew the mom suspected n literally NOBODY spoke up besides the brother when he found out. It’s crazy n they should investigate that family

You don’t get street cred in prison for impregnating and killing a minor. You get the complete opposite and I’m sure he was aware of that, so he wouldn’t have lied to the inmates.

Bless the brother who approached police and testified against him. He said because he didn't tolerate any kind of abuse against women or children. He also said Jonathan would lie and insist it was true, even though you knew it definitely wasn't
