@healingthroughchrist1988 , the different reporting of the kids age is odd, but taking the child to their home isn't kid napping, it's falls under stopping and rendering aid. She could have parked her car on the side of the street, walked with the child to her home, called her parents, and or call 911 and notified both EMS and the local PD. To just leave is just disregard and dismissal all together.
