Haha I was thinking "Daniel relax let her finish the question." :D I usually see his interviews in Cantonese which he took longer time to respond and speak (English is his first language), and he's funny and witty. he sounds more serious speaking English.

sawadee He said that his first language was Shanghainese, but has barely used it ever since he grew up. I guess in English is the language he is most fluent in.

I hope that they do a prequel spinoff to this show like if you combine the aspects of the show Revolution with the martial arts aspects of into the badlands could pull off another awesome martial arts show and I think that two actors that would be good in that show if they are not in into the badlands or really busy would be RZA, and possibly Randy Couture

I think it's normal. I also born outside China. But i grew up speaking Mandarin. Because mostly Chinese born outside China at least teaching their children speaks mandarin. And secondary is the slang they speak such as Cantonese or hakka or hokkian etc. And english (or any languange they use in the country they born/live) will be study at school and practice outside home. At home always speak mandarin.

He is abc. Not hk anw. He live in hk because of works. And u need Cantonese to live in hk. But i think now and in the future, hk will use mandarin as the priority language. Same as Shanghai or other city in china
