Sentenced to death for four murders but don't forget that in 1992 he murdered his parents too and he was a suspected serial killer.

Yes he dud I knew his PARENTS and his sisters and he received NO MENTAL HEALTH QT ALL
@tinamariamoore6786Ай бұрын
@@jwells3315 Well if he murdered your family what do you think his punishment should be? Many people who oppose the death penalty feel differently when their child, sister, brother or parents are the victim

He filed about seven appeals...its interesting that these guys all fear death but don't fear prison.
@JesusismyRock773Ай бұрын
Why the hell do they give these murderers appeals. If they are 100% sure with no doubt that they did it, why the hell wait for decades to give them the death penalty? These monsters didn't give the victims any appeals. The justice system is NOT a justice system at all.

Nah. Cause you kinda feel bad about deleting the ps2 file.
In his 20s. But then he killed his parents in his 17s as well.

the justice system needs to be divided: #1 did you do it? and #2 extenuating circumstances. #2 does not preclude #1. guilty is guilty.

He was 22 yrs old in 1997 when he committed his crimes. He K*lled his brother, his sister's fiance and two other men. Previous to that he had been on trial in 1992 for k*lling both his parents but was acquitted by a trial and jury. I am not in any way condoning what he did but I believe that it is up to God to decide his punishment. I personally do not believe in the death penalty. It was known to everyone that he has severe mental problems before and after being imprisoned. May God rest this soul and also the victims. Sad

@BabyKisses99 baby, I believe in the death penalty. But I do not believe it is done fairly. Example Manson. Mass cult murder in the 1970s. Should have got the death penalty. Instead he is in prison till this day. Waste of tax payers money. Son of Sam and dalmeyer two more serial killers also went to prison. Fortunately they were killed in prison. It is sad for any death. A lot of innocent people go to prison. Mistakes. Have a Merry 🎄 Christmas.

The only sad thing is that the victims lost their lives. Mental illness is an excuse that people love to use instead of facing the choices they made.

I am not condoning what he did but this is not the solution. This is very sad 😢. He should not have been executed 😢. The governor could have stopped this but he didn’t. Supreme Court did not stop it either. Extremely disappointed in the system. 😢
