@@monifat2766 Are you serious ? If you are not kidding, here the short version. Criminals convicted of murder in many, but not all, US States can be condemned to suffer the death penalty. They are then put in a special closed off area in a prison reserved especially for those sentenced to death - this area is often called "death row". From here they will be taken to the place of execution and put to death.

Tiffany and the 3 'men' slowly buried a couple alive as they pled for their lives. Shortly after they were buried, a photo was taken of her showing off all the stuff she'd bought with their money, grinning from ear to ear. This was the same couple who had literally taken her under their wing, gave her a car when they moved, and were in many other ways generous to her. She was the mastermind behind the robbery and killings. This sow should never leave prison except in a pine box, whether through a natural death or execution. She has no conscience and will never get one, so will be a danger to others if ever released. I don't know what the other b--ch did. It was too nauseating to watch further than a few minutes.

I'm from Canada, where we abolished the death penalty in the 60's. Canadian federal prisons also recently outlawed solitary confinement. Doesn't it anger you when women lie about being raped to manipulate people for sympathy? "I'm a woman, if I cry and say I was raped, they'll feel bad for me, I'll get away with this crime and I won't go to jail." Women who do this are literally adult infants smh . . . That drives me crazy, that a grown woman willingly lies about rape or sexual assault just to get out of a situation. Do they have any idea what that does to a man when they accuse them of sexual assault or rape? Do they have any idea how simply accusing can ruin a man's life? The worst part, above all, are the women who are actually raped and sexually assaulted having to deal with the burden of people not believing them after they are attacked. All because evil women abuse the sexual assault/rape scenario so much. It's disgusting. People are just fucked up in the head . . .smh

Im glad the younger one is definitely not ever leaving that place. She was so cold and emotionless when the interviewer asked her how she felt about her crimes. I was sexually abused as a child, come from chaos you cant even dream of(my mom literally took someone hostage on my 16th birthday..my earliest memories involve gun fights and teeth being broken abuse you cant begin to think of all because of mental illness and alcohol from my mother and father) i had a tough and damn hard struggle of a life but i am a nurse today! And a damn good mom. I have never hurt or killed anyone. You can't blame a bad childhood on the reason that you're a murderer today. It's insulting to the rest of us who have had terrible childhoods and went on to break our cycles. ...what were they acting like? Human beings? They are humans. Its weird that you have to dehumanize them to delegitimize and invalidate their side of the story. They are real human beings also going through the human experience. Just because you don't like what they have to say about their human experience doesn't make it invalid or false or some act. And just because you don't want to accept what they have to say doesn't mean you have any more legitimacy than they do to tell their experiences. Because in stating that they are acting you are asserting that some other experience is the truth. And you base that on.....What? The one psychopath in your life? Are you a psychologist to even be labeling these people as psychopaths, or is it another attempt by you to distance yourself from them? Have you ever even taken the time to hear humans who have done something like this out? They can be sorry and still truly believe that they are a person who is completely different and is redeemable. People learn and grow and they do change. Its easy to throw people away. But not for the person being thrown away. Its crazy that you want them thrown away, and then also to force them to validate you for having thrown them away. Wild. These women are literally going to be murdered by the state. Their death certificates will say: homicide. By the people of the state they are killed in.

The old couple Tiffany murdered were found still hugging when they dug them up. It’s so heartbreaking. Tiffany is a monster and blaming this on all on her boyfriend is disgusting. The only person who knew the couple was Tiffany and Michael did come up with the plan but she was up for it and helped with the carrying out of the cruel murder. What’s sad is she knew how trusting and vulnerable they were and she took that to her advantage.

I agree she is where she should be. However she does have a point. Rich and powerful people rarely go prison for their crimes. Donald Trump, our newly elected President is an example. Trump was convicted by a jury of 34 felonies, tried to overthrow the 2020 election by threatening his Vice President to not accept the electoral vote count, tried to persuade state electors to switch their vote, tried to arm wrestle a Georgia state official into finding 11,000 votes, and illegally kept classified documents at this house. Not only is Trump going to be President, but as President he gets to wipe away all the charges against him as well as those of his "friends." He even got to vote for himself despite the fact that he is a convicted felon whereas other people who voted after serving their prison term were arrested and resent to prison. Anyone of us with even one felony on our record would experience a difficult time even getting a minimum wage job, lack access to student loans as well as being denied the right to vote. But not Trump, he gets to be President!!

"How did it make you feel?" What kind of answer does she expect to get? But then again, look at how she treated poor Britney Spears. Diane should not even be an interviewer. And the kindly couple murderer deserves to be on death row. The other one, not as much.

They both never actually got executed. On May 19, 2017, Emilia Carr was re-sentenced to life without parole. Her boyfriend Joshua Fulgham, Heather Strong's husband, and Carr's co-accused, in a separate trial pled guilty, he received two consecutive life sentences. Tiffany Cole was resentenced to life without parole on August 23, 2023. The other three men involved were Alan Wade; Bruce Nixon; and Cole's boyfriend, Michael Jackson. Wade and Jackson also received death sentences. Nixon, who had led police to the bodies and testified against the others, pleaded guilty to second-degree murder and was sentenced to 45 years in prison. In June 2022, Wade was resentenced to life in prison with no chance of parole. In August 2023, Jackson was resentenced to death.

Not only killing someone, but killing them in the worst way possible, by burying them alive. I'm sure it took a while to fill in the hole they dug with dirt which means that she had plenty of opportunities to intervene. Hell, she could have even tried to find a way to put them out of their misery and end their suffering, instead of standing around watching them slowly choke to death on dirt. To think that that poor couple's pain was also compounded by watching the girl they had loved and cared for betray them in such a way manner. No good deed goes unpunished. It just sickens you to even contemplate how they suffered.

No she’s quoting the Bible. God says if you repent and ask Him for forgiveness. He will forgive you. And Jesus says if you believe in me even if you die you will live. Im not justifying their actions. But God is willing to forgive you, even if people don’t. Many people think they are good people because they haven’t killed someone. But the Bible says no one is good. We have all sinned and deserve hell. But that’s when the love of God comes in, and God sends His Son to die for our sins. So we can be forgiven. And receive grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Grace is something you don’t deserve but is a free gift. For God so loved the world the whoever believes in His only begotten Son will not perish but will have eternal life. John 3:16 . Jesus Christ is the only way to heaven. And we must forgive others like God has forgiven us if we repent and believe in Jesus Christ.

These two women appeared to have it all together. They excelled in their studies, participated in extracurricular activities, and were fortunate to have wonderful parents. It's almost surprising to learn that they didn't come from troubled backgrounds or endure a lifetime of hardship. Regrettably, they both made poor decisions in their personal lives, attributing their downfall to having met the wrong person. Instead of taking responsibility for their actions, they could have chosen to end their relationships. Moreover, two women involved in a murder case continue to refuse accountability, instead blaming society for their crimes. Their inability to answer or skillfully dodge certain questions further compounds the situation.

Life in prison is an option... What good does it bring to murder them? It doesn't reverse the crime or bring the victim back. All it does is communicate the hypocritical message that murder is horrible ULESS its done by the state. From a pure economic standpoint it doesn't even make sense to murder criminals, we are just throwing money at this weird illusion of "justice".

In February 2009, Heather Strong (March 23, 1982 - February 15, 2009) was kidnapped and murdered in Marion County, Florida. Emilia Lily Carr, a rival for the affections of a man Strong had dated, came under suspicion. Carr denied any guilt and alleged her statements were coerced. Carr was nevertheless found guilty in December 2010 and sentenced to death by lethal injection in February 2011. Carr was one of five women on death row in the state of Florida. On May 19, 2017, Emilia Carr was re-sentenced to life without parole. Joshua Fulgham (Heather Strong's husband, and Carr's co-accused) was similarly convicted of first-degree murder and kidnapping in the death. At a separate trial, where he pled guilty, Joshua Fulgham received two consecutive sentences of life in prison for his involvement in Strong's murder.

the video showed a picture of one of the girls celebrating... what do you think they were celebrating? People like yourself need to wake up (I'm not attacking you btw). We need to all stop thinking females are innocent just because they play the 'i was assaulted, I didn't do anything, mentally unstable..'' card. Would you be saying that a male was innocent if he said the same thing they did? Would you be questioning that maybe he didn't do it? Those girls look anything but innocent; smiling at the camera like they were at home hanging out instead being sentenced to death, trying to sound sorry because they are trying to appeal. But when being asked about their murders there is always an excuse, they look at each other like its funny instead of showing any empathy (look at it again 2:36). Maybe they did do it, maybe lives would have been spared. They made a choice not to try and stop the situation, they choose not to try and get help. How exactly are they innocent?
@xybersurfer

Gaby Born i agree that the photo was pretty damning. especially if it really is them celebrating their crime. i don't even think they sound that sorry to be honest. but i don't see any value in putting on a show. i haven't seen that much evidence against the other girl though and the question before 2:36 seems like a loaded question so i don't draw much from their reaction to it. i'm not sure about being guilty for not reporting a crime when being present. but i think that it would have been the right thing to do similar to the interviewer i saw assumptions in the OP comment and i just wanted to offer a different possible perspective. i'm not saying their innocent or guilty. i think it's important to look at the facts first and foremost instead of purely perceived feelings

Julia Zamora What bothered me is that they aren't taking responsibility. Those smiles were fake anyway. I just was hoping they would be real and honest. This was their opportunity to confess so they at least could try and have some peace with themselves lying to themselves and everyone isn't going to bring the healing they need.

@@davidwadsworth8982 yeah they both are serving life without parole now. In 2017 Amelias last appeal they lowered it to life without parole. Josh actually wrote me saying we would meet again and amelia was actually getting online writing me so we had her cell searched and she had a phone om deathrow! They took it now her sister is running a page and some people said they are taking her case amd thry dont take cases that they know they cant win becaise they found bias im the courts so they say but amelia is nailed because She confessed twice. She says that she wasnt even there amd that she was forced into a confession when the first time she actually confessed was in the park in joshs sisters car where she thought it was just them 2! Thats not forced. If she didnt do anything she would've told joshs sister exactly that but she didnt she said she tried breaking her kneck. I'm so sorry to hear that happened to you as well. It's so sad people are saying she's innocent and it makes me sick when I seen Amelia wearing pomy tails trying to make herself look evem younger so people will pity her for being the youngest on deathrow. She was the mastermind amd things wouldn't habe escalated to the point of murder had she not been there. Thats why she originally got deathrow because she couldve chanhed her mind at ANYTIME but she even tried paying people to kill her so that didn't work and they did it themselves! Shes a cold blooded murderer with no remorse!!
