If this involved juveniles then they will not release any names or descriptions of the juveniles involved and they probably won't arrest any juveniles that did the shooting. The police will probably put ankle monitors on them and make them promise they won't kill anyone anymore and then send them home. That's seems to be the normal procedure in Maryland nowadays
