I've been wrapping for about 7 years now in Chicago, I've used all the brands and can tell when a product is not good. This week I'm wrapping a Q50 with one of your paradox films. It's a lot thicker than 3m and Avery but the application is pretty good if I use a heat gun for everything. I'm used to cold stretching and not heating up material unless absolutely necessary but man this material sticks and holds shape with heat! With that being said, your material is pretty great. It has amazing clear laminate, very low orange peel and it looks great. You also have a great selection of colors. My only dislike is no guidelines on the back for quicker, more precise cutting. Do you supply wrap shops? Fellers has been lacking in vinyl stock.

Love MUSTANGS. My favorite was the 1965. The fox body is a close second. Huang, your expertise has gotten better, and better with every wrap youve done and sharing the hard to wrap body parts only cements your commitment to giving back to the everyday person being able to perform their own vehicle wrap themselves like you did on your 1st wrap. I applied tint to my truck windows once. That experience was enough to let me know I've got no business trying to wrap a vehicle.

Tint is different. It has no air release and needs to be pre shrunk first to fit the window as well as wet application. It’s like comparing apple to oranges. Give wrap a try I bet you would like it better. ParadoxStyling.com to pick out your favorite color

Soapy water spray over bodywork helps to manover and set the vynal in place as you work it also acts as a lubricant so you can work with the vynal easily when your finished laying it don't trim edges straight away let it set so the soapy water dries and the adhesive tacs trim the edges after to avoid any shrinkage of the wrap... plus wetting the body with a mild soapy water sprayed over will prevent or minimise the canal getting creases or stoking to itself during application wrapping with out a soapy spray is not advised at all it creates to many issues and makes work with the vynal a lot harder than necesary

Why didn't I think of wrapping my 1966 Mustang? When I had it I had a sign shop and used vinyl ALL the time. Now I have a different shop, no vinyl, and I consistently wrap parts of my cars (roof, hood, grille, tail lights, etc.) Super missed opportunity then. They have a metal dash, I could have even wrapped that instead of painting it myself like I did. Dang.

Avoid to much heating with the heat gun also because you will stretch the canal your working with if you stretch it when it cools down it will shrink and you will end up with peel or it will start to show at the canal edges after a short while it will recede exposing the body work at edges of Panals...just a few handy tips for you guys out their thinking if wrapping it motors diy
