Insurance companies need to stop being doctors denying necessary treatment for patients. I did see most denied claims are due to misfiling the claims, fine but dont stonewall paying patients. Theres also a % of people dont know what kind of coverage they have and their policy simply does not cover what their medical needs are. Which is a purchase of a policy that doesnt fit their needs. A study was needed to find this, really? I could’ve told you that, and so could probably most Americans who get out of the house and interact with people. we are also known as the country with one of the best medical systems, yet our population is the most sick. I can’t wait till JFK can get in there and stop all these harmful ingredients from being used on all the products we can consume and put on our bodies. our medical system also needs to change its model from treating symptoms, to finding cause and going after that, along with treating symptoms, of course, plus, medical people need a form reunion and stop medical establishments from these stupid 15 minute appointments, and to stop insurance from only allowing certain things to be discussed in an appointment because of “the coding” that was given for the appointment. The patient needs to drive the appointment, not the insurance company, not coding, and not limited appointment time short appointment time windows mandated by Medical practice places. Also, medical providers need to have time in their daily schedule to allow for researching issues patients are having, and have allocated time throughout the day to stay caught up on their patient notes. Also, what’s up with 12 hour shifts in the ER. I certainly would not want to come in on the 11th hour with a bad medical condition, and have to deal with a provider who’s struggling to stay awake. Also, medical clinics that require their doctors to maintain their 8 hour workdays, and put in off hours work time (including weekends and holidays) in the hospital, is just running our medical people thin on sleep and their ability to perform optimally, and this too definitely keeps them from having a work-life balance.

It's all about diet. Period. When I was 18 (about half a century ago) I became a vegetarian. I had a lot of Indian friends at university. It was cheaper and healthier. About eight years ago I had a life changing event (not health related) and went pescatarian, although I mostly eat vegetarian. NO HIGHLY PROCESSED FOODS. No sugar and no sodas, etc. I have found, again that it is cheaper and much more satisfying. I lost 25% of my peak body weight, blood pressure back to normal and no more joint pain. I had gone down several inches on the waistline, then I decided to stop drinking alcohol. I lost a couple more inches. I am back to where I was in my 20s. I take no drugs except for an occasional aspirin and then only maybe five a year, if that.
