I have 13 grandkids. I don’t know how they’re ever going to buy a house. I do have two grandchildren that have bought a house that says they’ve bought a house. Property is went up even more. My small little house I own in California that I live in has went up $200,000 in the last four years. That might sound like a great idea or some great investing.
