Every state should allow Chinese land purchases. As soon as ink is dry, every state governor should create a security law to void foreign countries from buying the land of any state. However, this law Should be made retroactive to January 1, 2022. All money received for the purchases will be put into a “lockbox” per state Until additional issues are settled. We keep our land and their money until additional issues are settled. Additional issues can cover many things and can differ from one state to the other and thereby making it a long and tedious legal battle well into, say, 2040 or thereabouts. Perhaps a goofy idea but one that might fix part of the problems.

I understand taxes and the money issue.. not living in la la land. but, to simplify the explanation for some.. "put it in a nutshell" for easy talk... Magic the Gathering the card game... has "Upkeep" rules and effects. High taxes is literally just like that. You have to pay the "Upkeep" cost at the start of every turn ...no matter what or lose and pay the penalty... even if it's just a small penalty. Bigger the upkeep the bigger the power card/threat. To not deal with the constant "inflation" to the upkeep is just common sense stupid!! like leaving a water spout on and not expecting to flood the place or run out of water.. one or the other is going to happen if you don't address the issue. The republican are trying to turn off the water spout or at least limit it, with a filter or ANYTHING... but the democrats profit from the chaos and water still on... clean up crews don't work for free.
