She doesn't even know that. All the states had laws that superseded the row versus wade ruling dictating when an abortion could be performed prior to it being given back to the states. What the overturning did was allow states like Ohio to place it on a ballot allowing the voters to decide instead of politicians. Ohio used to have a heartbeat bill in place. The states would still have that authority even if the government takes it back. The constitution is clear though and the federal government has no place in it.
