I like this. People look down-to-earth. Less of fashion. Parents & children. Simple, everyday life. Oh, I was going to say 'less crowded', but it seems most are at work at the factory during the video.

@21:38 - the area/old buildings are slated for demolition The area will become a park or be like the new tall buildings in the background. Compensations (relatively very generous) are higher if people are living in the building. The rent is very cheap ( or free - fake bills). They may even pay people to live there actually.
